In view of the said Settlement Agreement, Mr. Latpate, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of. 5.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, ad-interim relief if any, stands vacated forthwith.
