The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the trial was already stayed by this Court in a writ petition bearing No.3043 of 2018, filed by the applicant/petitioner (original accused No.7). In view of that, the interim application no longer holds any relevance. The interim application stands disposed of accordingly.
