1) This is an Application for restoration of WP No.1895 of 2023, which was dismissed for non-prosecution by Order dated 7th June 2023. 2) The reasons for dismissing the Petition are aptly mentioned in para No.1 of Order dated 7th June 2023.

3) Perusal of Application clearly indicates that, no explanation least to say any plausible explanation is offered by the Applicants for restoration of Petition. However, at the profuse request of learned Advocate for Applicants and on his statement that, for restoration of the said Petition, Applicants will pay a cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the Bar Council of Maharashtra 1/2
