This is an application for amendment of the main Writ Petition No. 1684 of 2021 because during the pendency of the petition, charge-sheet came to be filed. The amendment is sought in the grounds and in the prayer clause and also to annex the copy of the charge-sheet. Leave to amend for that purpose is granted.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants further submitted that original Petitioner No. 1 has passed away and therefore, he seeks permission to delete his name from the array of the Petitioners. Leave to amend in the cause title is also granted to remove the name of the Petitioner No. 1 from the array of the petition. The amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. After that the Petitioner is at liberty to get the main matter circulated.
