However, since the petition is listed after a considerable lapse of time, after the notice was served, I deem it appropriate, that let a fresh notice be served upon the respondent, intimating that the petition is likely to be taken up for hearing on 19/04/2024. It is made clear, if there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent, the Court shall proceed to hear the application ex-parte. The Notice shall be served by registered post, pre-paid for acknowledgment or by fax, speed-post or Courier with acknowledgment and also through personal service, including service via electronic mail.
