This is a Petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act"), seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on March 26, 2023. 2.

The matter has been pending on the docket of this Court on the Appellate Side since the arbitrator was originally appointed under Section 11 of the Act on the Appellate Side. In these circumstances, by consent of parties, this Petition is finally disposed of, extending the December 12, 2025 Shraddha
