P. C:- By an Order dated 23rd September, 2024, Justice S. J. Kathawalla, retired Judge of this Court was appointed as a Mediator to mediate upon the disputes between the parties and submit a Report within a period of six weeks.

The learned Counsel for the parties have informed the Court that the Mediation is in progress and have therefore requested for some time.

Accordingly, the time for the Mediator to submit his Report is extended till 6th December, 2025.
