Ld. Advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits that on last occasion since none appeared for the plaintiff from M/s. S. K. Legal Associates LLP, they could not apply / lodge Writ of Summons within stipulated period and file affidavit of service to that effect. Therefore, ld. Advocate seeks extension of time to lodge Writ of Summons against defendant.

Considering reason, as aforesaid, as and by way of last chance, two weeks extension to lodge the Writ of Summons and comply earlier direction issued, vide Minutes of Order dated 01.08.2024, is granted, failing necessary orders will be passed.
