It appears that many occasions none appeared for the plaintiff. The plaintiff failed to take steps to serve defendants with Writ of Summons. So also, the plaintiff failed to remove office objections of Interim Application (L) Nos. 34268/2023 and 26389/2023. Today none appeared for the plaintiff. It seems that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting with the Suit/Interim Applications. Hence, aforesaid Interim Applications stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986. So also, the present Suit stands dismissed for non-compliance of O.S.Rule 87.

No order as to costs.
