The Suit is disposed of in terms of these Consent Terms dated 19th December, 2025 marked "X".

As per clause 3 of the Consent Terms, Defendant Nos. 2, 4, 5 and 7 have agreed, confirmed and unconditionally undertaken to pay to the Plaintiff a sum of Rs.1,25,00,000/-. The said payment is made today by these Defendants by handing over to the Advocate for the Plaintiff two Demand Drafts dated 12th November, 2025 of Rs.50,00,000/- and Rs.75,00,000/- respectively bearing Reference No. 003213509473 and 003213509471 respectively.
In the light of the disposal of the Suit, all pending Interim Application (s) are also rendered infructous and are disposed of as such. Refund of Court Fees as per Rules.
