Ld. Advocate for defendant nos. 1 and 5 submits that settlement talks are going on. However, ld. Advocate for the plaintiff submits that nothing concrete has been came out.

It appears that as per Affidavit of Service daed 02.05.2025, defendant nos. 1, 5 and 6 were served with Writ of Summons on 05.05.2025, but they failed to file written statement within stipulated period of 90 days. Hence, suit against defendant nos. 1, 5 and 6 is transferred to the list of Undefended Suits.

Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff is seeking time to take appropriate steps to serve defendant nos. 2 to 4 with Writ of Summons.

Time is granted to the plaintiff as prayed till next date, failing necessary orders will be passed.
