ORDER :

The learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff has sought leave to withdraw the captioned Suit in view of subsequent development viz. the parent Company of the Plaintiff, Mathews International Corporation ("Mathews International") having on 1st May, 2025 successfully closed the sale of its SGK Brand Solutions business ("SGK") (the brand under which the Plaintiff operates). Further, the transaction combines SGK and SGS into a new Company that is expected to be a leading global provider of brand solutions. 1/2

902-s-89-2024.doc The transaction closed by the Mathews International on 1st May, 2025 is annexed at Annexure 1 to the praecipe dated 9th July, 2025. 2.

It is mentioned in the praecipe that on closing of the transaction which aligns the business interests of the Plaintiff and the Defendant, through their respective brands, the Plaintiff is no longer desirous of pursuing the captioned Suit and has accordingly sought for withdrawal of the Suit.

In view thereof, the captioned Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Interim Applications filed therein do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.
