By way of a praecipe, a request was made for speaking to the minutes of the order dated December 15, 2025 to correct errors. The matter was reviewed in Chambers and this order is passed. 2.

In the appearances, the appearance of the Advocate for Defendant No. 19 was not recorded. It shall be recorded as "Ms. Dixita Gupte for Defendant No. 19 (through VC)".

In the appearance, the name of the Learned Counsel appearing for the Plaintiff be corrected and read as "Mr. Yash Momaya". 4.

In the second line of Paragraph 5 of the said order, the words "as an additional plaint" be substituted with "for amendment of the plaint...".

In the case status, the stage of the captioned Suit and all the Interim Applications reflect as "Disposed of", which shall be corrected and read as "Pending".

In the cause title of the said order, all the other Interim Applications shall be deleted except the Interim Application No. 1197 of 2024 along with the Suit No. 105 of 2024.

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. Consequently, the praecipe stands disposed of accordingly. 8.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
