Remark given by Master (Adm.), Suit Board Department shows that Defendant Nos. 11 to 14, 16 to 19, 22, 23, 25 to 28 have duly been served with Writ of Summons through Registered Post A.D. on 09.05.2024. As far as service of Writ of Summons upon Defendant No. 15 is concerned, the remark shows that postal article is returned back with the remark 'Refused' on 10.05.2024 and refusal is a good service. Exhibit 'DD' is the acknowledgment on the said postal article.

Ld. Advocate for Defendant Nos. 19 and 28 made a joint statement that no adverse order may be passed against Defendant Nos. 19 and 28 as they will file Interim Applications for condonation of delay caused in filing Written Statements. Statement is accepted. It is seen that except Defendant No. 16, other served Defendants failed to file Written Statements. In view of above, served Defendants except Defendant Nos. 16, 19 and 28 is transferred to the list of Undefended Suits.
