P.C:- By an Order dated 7th May, 2024 passed by this Court, directions were given for execution of a Development Agreement between the Society and Metro Developers Company.

The matter is kept today for compliance .

The learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that still some further time is needed to execute the Development Agreement. Hence, place the matter for compliance on 28th January, 2025.
