It appears that many occasions none appeared for the plaintiff. The plaintiff failed to take steps to serve defendants with Writ of Summons. So also, the plaintiff failed to remove office objections of Interim Application (L) No. 34924/2023. Today none appeared for the plaintiff though matter is listed under caption 'Dismissal'. It seems that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting with the Suit/Interim Application. Hence, aforesaid Interim Application stands rejected for noncompliance of office objections under O.S.Rule

986. So also, the present Suit stands dismissed for non-compliance of O.S.Rule 87.
