Mr. Pai, learned Counsel for Defendant No. 2 tenders affidavitin-reply dated 03.07.2024. However, he seeks withdrawal of the said Affidavit. He states that a Special General Body Meeting will be held as soon as possible and insofar as Resolutions and Minutes with respect to the Special General Body Meeting held on 30.06.2024, corrective steps will be taken and a fresh Resolution will be passed. 2.

Pursuant to the Order dated 20.06.2024 passed by this Court, affidavits of the Plaintiff, Defendant No. 2, Defendant No. 3, and Defendant No. 17 are filed. However, learned Counsel appearing for these respective parties i.e. Plaintiff, Defenant No. 2, Defendant No. 3, and Defendant No. 17 state that they have instructions to withdraw those affidavits and fresh affidavits will be filed in accordance with the directions issued on 20.06.2024. Let such affidavits be filed on or before 19.07.2024.
