Ld. Advocate for the plaintiffs made a statement that they have been discharged in the matter vide Order dated 30.03.2026 passed in Chamber Order No. 197/2026.

Statement is accepted.

Suit against defendant no. 1 is already transferred to the list of Long Causes.

It appears that office has issued suo motu notice to the plaintiff, which was served on plaintiff on 10.03.2026. In spite of that none appeared for the plaintiff.

Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff made a statement that they have received acknowledgment of defendant no. 4 - Usha Ahuja on 04.07.2025. Statement is accepted.

Ld. Advocate is requested to file affidavit of service with respect to defendant no. 4 alongwith acknowledgment.

Again office is directed to issue notice to the plaintiff to remain present in the matter and to take steps to serve defendant nos. 2, 3 and 5 with Writ of Summons and file affidavit of service, failing suit against defendant nos. 2, 3 and 5 will be dismissed for non-compliance of O.S.Rule 87.
