Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff submits that as per Affidavit of Service dated 15.05.2025, filed on 16.05.2025, defendant nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 13, 17, 20 were served with Writ of Summons on 28.06.2024; defendant nos. 3, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21 and 36 were served with Writ of Summons on 24.06.2025; and defendant nos. 22 to 29 and 32 to 35 were served with Writ of Summons on 21.06.2025.

Further, it appears that envelope sent to defendant nos. 6, 30 and 31 were returned with remarks "Not Found" and defendant nos.

7 to 9 are dead.

Ld. Advocate for the plaintiff submits that she will take appropriate steps in respect of defendant nos. 6 to 9, 30 and 31.

Served defendant nos. 1 to 5, 10 to 29, 32 to 36 failed to file written statement within stipulated period of 90 days. Hence, suit against defendant nos. 1 to 5, 10 to 29 and 32 to 36 is transferred to the list of Undefended Suits.

Stand over to 24.07.2025.

In the meantime, the applicant in Interim Application (L) No. 12113/2025 to remove office objections on the Interim Application and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from today.
