On last occasion i.e. on 19.06.2025, in said Minutes of Order it was wrongly mentioned that defendant nos. 3, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 21 and 36 were served with Writ of Summons on '24.06.2025' instead of '24.06.2024', so also, defendant nos. 22 to 29 and 32 to 35 were served on '21.06.2025' instead of '21.06.2024'.

In view thereof, in Minutes of Order dated 19.06.2025, aforesaid dates of service be read accordingly. Rest of the directions stand unchanged.

The plaintiff is seeking time to take appropriate steps to serve defendant nos. 6 to 9, 30 and 31 with Writ of Summons.

Time is granted till next date as prayed, failing necessary orders will be passed.
