Advocate for Plaintiff made a statement that Defendant Nos. 1,2,4,5,22 to 25, 27, 28, 32 to 35 were served with Writ of Summons on 21.06.2024. She further made a statement that Chamber Order No. 411 of 2025, taken out for service of Writ of Summons upon Defendant Nos. 6, 30 and 31, by way of substituted services is pending. She further made a statement that she is taking steps to identify legal heirs of Defendant Nos. 7,8 and 9 and hence, time may be granted to take appropriate steps. Statements are accepted. Time is granted.

Despite service, Defendant Nos. 1,2,4,5,22 to 25, 27, 28, 32 to 35 failed to file Written Statement within stipulated time. Hence, Suit against Defendant Nos. 1,2,4,5,22 to 25, 27, 28, 32 to 35 is transferred to the list of Undefended Suit.
