S/187/2024 with connected matters Mr. Dhavall Gandhy i/b. Mr. Tushar Goradia, Advocate for Defendant Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5, 22 to 25, 27, 28, 32 to 35 P.C. : Ld. Advocate for Plaintiff made a statement that Chamber Order No. 411 of 2025 is pending which was taken out for effecting service of Writ of Summons upon Defendant Nos. 6,30 and 31.

He further made a statement that he is taking steps to bring legal heirs of Defendant Nos. 7, 8 and 9 on record. Statement is accepted.

On last occasion i.e. on 04.09.2025, similar statement was made by Ld. Advocate for Plaintiff. Till date, no steps have been taken. By way of last chance, time is granted.
