Learned Counsel who appear on behalf of the Plaintiffs state that the parties have settled the disputes and have also filed Consent Terms in the Appeal pending before the Division Bench of this Court. They tender a copy of the order dated 17th February 2026 which records the same and considering this, they seek leave to withdraw the present Suits. 3.

Accordingly, in the light of the above request, both the Suits are disposed of as withdrawn.

All pending Interim Applications taken out therein, if any, also stand disposed of in terms of this order, and all interim orders passed therein, if any, shall stand vacated.
