The matter was reviewed in Chamber and this order is passed.

3. In the appearance column name of the Advocate for Respondent be added and read as below :

"Mr. Sharan Jagtiani, Senior Counsel a/w Mr. Mutahhar Khan, Mr. Sachin Mhatre, Ms. Ishita Kamath, Ms. Sharmili Mhatre and Ms.Diksha Shirodkar i/b Mhatre Law Associates for Respondent No.1 in both the Petitions".

In Paragraph No.15 instead of the words "Mr. Mayur Khandeparkar" the words "Mr. Sharan Jagtiani" be replaced. 5.

In Paragraph No.24 and 25 instead of the words "Mr.Khandeparkar" the words "Mr. Sharan Jagtiani" be replaced. 6.

The rest of the aforesaid judgment remains unaltered. The original judgment shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
