After this matter was extensively argued and I have prima facie indicated that I was not satisfied with the grounds made out for extension of time.

The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL sought leave of the Court to file an Additional Affidavit. This was fairly not opposed by the Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2024.09.09 10:33:32 +0530 Respondent who submitted that delay ought not to be extended on the basis of the very pleadings in the Petition.

Since further time has been sought, I grant the Petitioner time to file an Additional Affidavit. The Additional Affidavit is to be filed and served on or 19th September 2024.
