When the matter was called today, Mr. Andhyarujina, Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that the present Contempt Petition has arisen out of the breach of the order dated 8 th September, 2023, by which, the Respondent was directed to disclose the following details: Shubham 1/2

2 12-910-CONPL-18739-2024.doc "c) Pass an order directing the Respondent to disclose on oath (i) complete details of the Said Confidential Information of the Petitioner in his possession, (ii) the names and details of all the third parties with whom such information has been shared including with any competitors of the Petitioner, (iii) the purpose for which such information has been used, (iv) any gains made by the Respondent from the use of such information;" He submits that this has been observed in the breach and it is thus that the Petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition. 2.

Mr. Rane, appears on behalf of the Respondent and undertakes to file his Vakalatnama within a period of one week from today. He submits that the Respondent was unable to comply with the order dated 8 th September, 2023, however, he assures the Court that the Respondent shall, within a period of 10 days from today, file the requisite disclosure in both the Petitions. 3.

Mr. Andhyarujina, at this time, does not press for any further orders in the Court to the Contempt Petition. Stand over to 23 rd July, 2024. A copy of the disclosure affidavit shall be served upon the Petitioner's advocates in advance on or before 15 th July, 2024.

A copy of the Section 11 Petition is served upon Learned Counsel for the Respondent in Court today.
