Today, in the morning session parties tendered Consent Terms. They were marked "X" for identification and sent to the Affirming Officer of this Court to verify due execution of the Consent Terms. The Affirming Officer has verified the Consent Terms and filed a report to that effect. The report is annexed to the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms were taken on record.

The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

In view of this, all interlocutory applications, if any, including the Court Receiver's Reports, shall stand disposed of. 4.

The Court Receiver shall stand discharged without passing accounts, but on payment of cost, charges and expenses to be borne by the Petitioner.

5.

The Court Receiver to handover back the Laptop to the Petitioner or their Advocates and the two mobile phones to the Respondent or his Advocates.

6.

The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

7.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as part of the record and is not sent for destruction in the ordinary course. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J)
