Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is not desirous of pressing the present Section 9 Petition, since the Petitioner will file an appropriate application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned arbitrator.

In light of this, nothing further survives in this Section 9 Petition, and the same is accordingly disposed of.
