On January 27, 2026, this matter was stood over to today under the caption "For Dismissal". Although, there is a mistake in the caption, the order is explicit that the matter was meant to be dismissed today if none appears.

Considering that this is the third listing without any appearance from the Petitioner, this Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that even before the Arbitrator, the matter is not being pursued. This is a submission to be made to the Learned Arbitral Tribunal. This Petition is simply dismissed for want of prosecution.
