This is a Petition under Section 29-A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking an extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which expired on March 31, 2023.

This Petition appears to have been affirmed on August 18, 2023. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits minutes of the meeting held before the arbitral tribunal on February 4, 2025, whereby both sides had assured the Learned Arbitrator that they have consent to the extension of time and that they would appear today seeking extension.
