Today, Learned Counsel for all parties jointly submit that all the underlying disputes and differences between them stand settled and therefore, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the matters as being infructuous.

In view of the disposal of these Petitions, nothing survives in any Interim Applications that may be pending therein, and the same are also disposed of accordingly.
