Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the narrow issue to be decided is whether the additional FSI accruing due to change in law is a matter covered by the contract under which arbitration is underway. On this limited extent, they wish to address the Court to see if the interim order passed by the arbitral tribunal deserves to be interfered with. Each party commits to bring a short note not exceeding seven pages to make the points they seek to canvass. 2.
