In the said order, the second line of Paragraph No.1 "Submissions by the Advocates for the parties have been concluded." and paragraph No.2 "Judgement is reserved." shall be deleted and is replaced as under:- "1.

Due to efflux of time, the matter was listed today afresh for re-consideration.

By consent, stand over to April 8, 2026."

The rest of the aforesaid order remains unaltered. The original order shall be corrected and made available to the parties. The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.
