Should the Petitioner file an Application under Section 11 on or before the next date, the Petitioner shall have liberty to file a praecipe so that the matter can be tagged and listed along with this Petition on the next date.

Learned Counsel representing the Applicants in Interim Application (L) No.930 of 2024 and Interim Application (L) No.34953 of 2023, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw these two Applications, which were essentially intervention applications. Liberty as prayed. The aforesaid Interim Applications are finally disposed of as withdrawn.
