Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that notice issued on the last occasion was not served because it was submitted by the Learned Advocate representing the Respondent that he is unable to reach his client and Respondent's address is not available. However, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Advocate on record for the Respondent in this matter is also representing the Respondent in a proceeding pending before the Learned Sessions Court, Dindoshi.

In these circumstances, Gravitas Legal, the Advocate on record for Respondent is directed to remain present in this Court on May 5, 2025 and submit the Respondent's address to the Petitioner and also to the April 30, 2025 Purti Parab
