By an order dated June 16, 2025, certain reliefs were granted to the Petitioner to enable self-development of the property covered by the Development Agreement. Registry is directed to issue show cause notice to the Respondents and also directing them to remain present on August 14, 2025, failing which, nonbailable warrant would be issued to secure their presence. Stand over to August 14, 2025.
