Mr. Vikramjit Singh Garewal, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that both the respondents have been served. He submits that as far as applicant no.2 is concerned, both the addresses mentioned in the cause title are the last known addresses of the applicant and the packet containing copy of Arbitration Application, has been returned back from both the places with remark as "left". He further submits that the applicant has also served the copy of Arbitration Application on the

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that affidavit-in-reply has also been filed to the Arbitration Application.

As a matter of last chance in order to enable the respondent no.2 to appear in this matter, the applicant is directed to once again serve copy of Arbitration Application on the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today by all permissible motes of service including e-mail and file an affidavit of service.
