When this application is called out after the post lunch session. The learned counsel for the applicant would points out that the claim in the present proceedings is to the extent of INR Rs. 4,28,800/-, due and payable by the respondent to the applicant.

Considering the nature of the proceedings and the meager amount of the claim, both the learned counsel for parties would fairly submit that an opportunity be given to explore the possibility of a settlement. 3.
