Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that recoveries in enforcement under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 have led to all the dues claimed by the Applicant being realized. Consequently, he has instructions to withdraw this Application.

Another proceedings, namely, Commercial Arbitration Application No. 150 of 2025 under Section 11 of the Act is not on board, but at the request of the Applicant, is taken on board. These proceedings are between the very July 16, 2025 Shraddha

50-ARBAP-67-2025.doc same parties and covered by the very same principle. Nothing survives in this Application. Consequently, both the proceedings are finally disposed of as withdrawn.
