It is seen that by an order dated January 23, 2024, this Petition under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was considered by a Learned Single Judge of this Court, who directed the Legal Services Authority to provide a Counsel to the Respondent, and stood over the matter to March 1, 2024. Thereafter, although listed on multiple dates, the matter could not be taken up. It has come up for consideration today.
