When the matter was called out, the Court was informed that the dispute between the parties is one for the work done by the Petitioner, who is a contractor for the Respondent-Society. It was submitted that the basis on which the claim sought for has also been duly certified by the architect appointed by the Society.

It was thus put to Learned Counsel if whether their clients were agreeable to amicably resolve their disputes and differences, both Learned Counsel submitted that their clients shall not averse of making an attempt, for which purpose they shall take necessary steps. 3.
