Since the application had been moved under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("the Act") as well as Section 15 of the Act, but the order dated March 25, 2025 refers only to Section 11, it is clarified that pursuant to this Application for speaking to the minutes of the order that the appointment of the arbitrator on March 25, 2025 is as a substitute arbitrator. The arbitrator shall take over the proceedings from the stage at which they were at the time the earlier arbitrator ceased to act as an arbitrator.
