On December 2, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court provisionally appointed a Learned Advocate of this Court as a Sole Arbitrator. Such provisional appointment was resorted to because the Respondents were absent despite notice being served. 2.

Today, the Respondents are represented and accede to the name of Sole Arbitrator and submit that the provisional order passed on December 2, 2024 may be made final.

It is made clear that should there be any amendments to the agreement referred in the last order, the agreement between the parties as amended would govern the terms of reference for this arbitration. 6.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
