Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that they have executed a Memorandum of Settlement dated April 28, 2025 by which all disputes and difference between them stands settled. A copy of the Memorandum of Settlement is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Learned Counsel for the parties submits that there is nothing in the Memorandum of Settlement which is contrary in law. Consequently, undertakings contained in the Memorandum of Settlement be treated as an undertaking given to the Court. 2.

The Application is finally disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement.
