By an order dated December 14, 2024, a Learned Single Judge of this Court was pleased to make a provisional appointment of an arbitrator. The only reason the appointment was kept provisional was to give the Respondent one more chance to enter appearance. 2.

Today, when the matter is called out, none appears for the Respondent. No useful purpose of would be served in keeping the matter pending any further on the docket of this Court. The appointment of the Arbitrator effected on December 14, 2024 is hereby made absolute and this application is finally disposed of.
