He further submits that Respondent No.2 has passed away and he has furnished the details of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 to Mr. Rajuram Kuleriya, learned counsel for the Applicant.

Mr. Rajuram Kuleriya, learned counsel for the Applicant is granted liberty to amend the cause-title in the Application. 3.

The amendment shall be carried out by 7th October 2025. Reverification is dispensed with. 4.

Mr. Shreyash V. Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the Respondents waives service on behalf of the newly added Respondents and submits that the Respondents shall file their affidavit-in-reply bringing on record certain events that are germane 1/2 Panchal
