Mr. Kuleriya, the learned counsel for the Applicants submits that as per the last order dated 3rd October 2025, the Respondents were to furnish the names of legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.2 so as to allow the Applicants to carry out amendments in the cause-title. The Respondents have delayed furnishing of this information and the same was provided only in the last e-mail. Even today, incomplete information is furnished.

Mr. Chaturvedi, the learned counsel for the Respondents apologizes for this lapse and undertakes to furnish full particulars and details of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No.2 to the Applicants. The same will be provided in the course of the day. It is made clear that if there is any further lapse, costs will be imposed on the Respondents.
