Liberty to file an affidavit to demonstrate the attempts to serve the Application on the Respondent. It is an express contention of the Applicant that the Respondent is avoiding service. 2.

Liberty to also effect service by electronic means including e-mail and Whatsapp and file an affidavit demonstrating tangible evidence of service, should the Applicant have the e-mail and phone numbers of the Respondent. Let such affidavits be filed no later than June 26, 2025. 3.

Stand over to June 27, 2025.
