MR. MEHUL JAGDISH TRIVEDI, DEBTOR/ PETITIONER STATES ON SOLEMN AFFIRMATION AS UNDER :

My father was in medical line as a Sales person. My mother was housewife.

My native place is Kachh, Gujarat.

I don't have any ancestral property. I don't have any relative staying at my native place and my second cousins are staying there. My grandfather shifted from native place to Dharavi, Mumbai and then to Jogeshwari that too in a Chawls.

At present, I am staying at F Wing, 202, Satellite Park, Gufa Road, Jogeshwari (E), Mumbai-400 060. This house is purchased by my father. My father did not have any siblings and I don't have any siblings.

I hardly earns 15,000/- to 18,000/- per month by teaching Bharatnatyam to students in Surajba Vidya Mandir, Jogeshwari, Mumbai and by private tuition's at their respective homes. Some students pay the fees by cash or by online portal. The amount received through online portal is reflected in my State Bank of India's Saving Account Statement.

I charge my professional fees as per schedule given below: Years No. (Student's count) Charges(per month) 1-2 Rs.600/- 3-5 Rs.700/- 6-7 Rs.1000/- Total 21 Students The Count of students per month may fluctuate because of their exams. I undertake to produce fees card of students as well as list of names of students for your kind perusal.

Earlier, I was working as a Bharatnatyam Dance Teacher in Surajba Vidya Mandir, Jogeshwari, Mumbai upto Covid-19. At that time, I used to pay 25% to the School out of the fees, which I was drawing while taking classes in their premises. I had drawn my last salary in the month of April 2020 i.e. 29th April, 2020 I got married in January 2014 and within 2 months, we got separated i.e. in April 2014.

Three Original Bank Passbooks of State Bank of India and Original Aadhar & Pan Card which were handed over to this Registry on 29th July, 2025 are returned back to the Petitioner/Debtor.
