MEHUL JAGDISH TRIVEDI, AGED 41 YEARS ON SOLEMN AFFIRMATION STATES AS UNDER:
I do not have any investment in the shares market. About 10-12 years ago, I had made joint investment with few amount in the shares that account is closed. I do not remember anything with respect to which company shares belongs to as well as numbers of shares of the company. As on date, I am not receiving any dividend as I do not have in investment today.
I don't have any gold jewellery.
I don't have created any trust.
I don't have any other bank account except SBI Savings Account, Jogeshwari Branch, Account No. bearing 10264376365. There is one proceedings for maintenance U/s 125 of Cr.PC. is initiated by my wife for maintenance. The said petition (E-Petition No. 252 of 2015) is disposed off vide order dated 17th May, 2021.

There is a Criminal Revision Application No. 210 of 2022 is pending before Hon'ble High Court, Bombay challenging the order dated 17th May 2021 filed by me.
Ms. Priya Padlekar is family friend.
M/s. R. V. Gorgi & Co. is my father's CA.
M/s. R. V. Gorgi & Co. has not issued any letter for recovery with respect to the money I received from them.
In my Additional Affidavit, it is mentioned that, I was got arrested on 11th May, 2025 that is typographical error and I was arrested on 11th May, 2023 and on the same day, I was released upon payment of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs) to Mrs. Manisha Mehul Trivedi in execution of the Order dated 17th May, 2021. The said amount was arranged by my father which is mentioned in Para No. 4 of my additional affidavit.
I was imprisoned for one night.
I had borrowed money as mentioned in the affidavit to pay to Mrs. Manisha Mehul Trivedi.
I don't have any movable or immovable property in my name. I don't possess any ancestral property.
I have a passport which is expired.
I have filed Income Tax Returns which are annexed to the additional affidavit.
As far as regards to ICICI Bank Account no. 123601000574 which was joined bank account with my mother is closed now.

I don't have any joint account with my father. I have paid a sum of Rs.5,40,000/- as per the Family Court Order dated 17th May, 2021.
I don't have Social Media Account.
I don't have money to pay to Mrs. Manisha Mehul Trivedi viz. Rs.25,000/- per month, instead of it, she can stay with me at my house. The matter is adjourned to 16th September, 2025 at 3.00 p.m. for further private examination.
